How it works

Built like a catalogue. Thinks like a collector.

Most collection apps are either too rigid to fit your hobby or too loose to capture what actually matters. Catalory is neither: you describe your collection, it does the connecting.

It knows what fits with what.

Tell Catalory what makes things fit together — a strap's width, a lens's mount, a game's edition — and every matching item connects by itself. Tag this strap once, and it shows up on every watch it fits.

No other collection app does this.

Describe items your way.

Build your own card for each kind of item — watches, records, games — with exactly the fields you care about. Values come from your own lists, so everything stays tidy and easy to search.

Every item remembers.

Every change is saved. See what changed and when, bring back any earlier version, and deleted items wait in the trash until you're sure.

Organisation you don't have to do.

Catalory remembers where things physically live — which room, shelf or box — and regroups your collection any way you like, instantly. No folders to maintain.

Your photos, your storage.

Catalory stores none of your photos. They go straight to your own cloud or home storage — Catalory only keeps a link and a small preview.

Ownership

Yours. Actually yours.

Collectors fear one thing more than a cracked lens: losing years of records to someone else's shutdown. Catalory is built so that can't happen to you.

Your photos stay with you

Pictures live in your own cloud or home storage. Catalory keeps a link — never the files.

FAQ

Fair questions.

What kinds of collections can I track?

Any kind. Watches, cameras, vinyl, board games, wine, trading cards, tools — you decide what an item looks like and which details matter, so Catalory speaks whatever language your collection does.

Where are my photos actually stored?

In storage you own — your own cloud space or the drive at home. Catalory sends photos straight there and keeps only a link and a small preview. If Catalory disappeared tomorrow, your photos wouldn't.

How does “what fits with what” work?

You tell Catalory which detail makes things fit — like a strap's width or a lens's mount. From then on, anything that matches links up automatically: tag a strap as 18 mm and 20 mm, and it appears on every watch with those widths. It's the cross-referencing you've been doing in your head, done for you.

Can I import an existing spreadsheet?

Yes — bring your collection in from a file, and take it out again just as easily. Getting your data in and out is a feature, not a threat.

Is there a mobile app?

Catalory is an installable web app designed for phones first — add it to your home screen and it looks and feels like a native app, with no app store between you and updates.

Your collection deserves a real database.

Five hundred items free, every core feature included, and your photos never leave your own storage. Set up your first collection in minutes.
